Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heat Treat Lead to join our team at the Saegertown, PA location. The Heat Treat Lead will be responsible for overseeing the heat treatment processes, ensuring all procedures meet operational standards, and leading a team of operators to achieve the directed production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heat treatment processes, leadership experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the heat treatment team to ensure high-quality production of parts.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of heat treat furnaces, ovens, and related equipment.
• Develop and implement heat treatment schedules and processes based on specific customer and product requirements.
• Monitor and adjust heat treat parameters to ensure optimal material properties.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Train and develop team members on heat treat procedures and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heat treat processes.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, engineering, and quality control, to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in heat treatment operations, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of heat treat processes, metallurgy, and material properties.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
