Position Overview

State Street has made a multi-year strategic investment in Private Markets. As we continue to expand our product capabilities and market share, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated individual to join our global private markets product team. This is a high-profile client facing role as it directly supports our business growth goals. This is a role designed to manage our Private Markets Product Pricing, monitor and benchmark Objective and Key Results (OKRs) progress as well as create senior management reporting materials. This individual should have comfort developing materials and communicating to clients and senior stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

As the Private Markets Product Controls Analyst (AVP), you will


  • Create weekly Executive Reporting

  • Manage the Private Markets Product Pricing Process

  • Assist with client Request for Proposals (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ); as well as maintaining standard responses in Lexicon

  • Monitor and benchmark progress toward OKR success

  • Responsible for all Chief Product Office deliverables

Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred)

  • 7+ years financial industry experience

  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills

  • Private Markets experience and knowledge of Alternatives Fee Schedules is a plus

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
