Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis ™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team! Come work for a fast-growing company who has growth opportunities! Be a part of a fun working environment with great culture! 


This individual will perform a high-volume billing functions and administrative tasks. Job seekers with previous office experience, accounts payable/receivable experience, administrative assistant, or billing experience excel in this position.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices

  • Receive daily job tickets; check tickets for description of work completed and extra parts used on the job

  • Ensure all job labor is billed correctly on each ticket

  • Audit job costs to assure costing is in line with the billed amount

  • Meets production goals and month end processing requirements

  • Answering customer service calls and accurately entering service tickets

  • Assists with various administrative projects

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm


 Qualifications:



  • One (1) year office experience and accounts payable/receivable experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Organizational Skills
