Job Description:

Location: Bayonne, NJ

Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager - Liquid Manufacturing


• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM) strategies.

• Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop maintenance teams.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and MS Office Suite.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to maintenance operations.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
