We are looking for a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing data from PowerBI and updating People Analytics PowerPoint dashboards with visualizations and insights. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Populate PowerPoint Dashboards: Create and populate PowerPoint presentations with data visualizations and insights derived from PowerBI and other data sources.
Data Analysis: Analyze HR and business data to identify trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR to collect and accurately represent metrics.
Data Quality Assurance: Execute data validation as needed.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and processes used in analytics and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Proficiency with PowerBI (understanding data sources, updating, data visualization).
Experience with custom Workday reports (creating, updating, running).
Proficiency in creating and editing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations with data visualizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Self-motivated, self-starter, and independent worker.
Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
