ABOUT THE JOB
Michael Hatcher is seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Professional to drive growth in our Huntsville office. This salaried role involves building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales for our construction and outdoor work services. While previous experience in selling these services is preferred, we welcome candidates with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance and progress towards goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business strategies.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales, particularly in construction or outdoor work services, is a plus but not required.
Special Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
