This opportunity is based in Vacaville, CA, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our Site Project Portfolio. Your contributions will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and monitoring both Global and Local internal projects. Key responsibilities:


  • Manage the Site Project Portfolio, supporting the definition, prioritization, and monitoring of projects.

  • Embed and improve PMO processes and tools within the site.

  • Co-define and improve existing PMO standards with other PMO Site Leads across the Biologics network.

  • Support and deliver Project Management training.

  • Mentor Project Managers and Sponsors in Project Management.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and lead strategic planning for the site.

  • Establish, monitor, and analyze important metrics to measure the efficiency of our strategy and promote continuous improvement.

  • Maintain and optimize the site governance model, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and integration points.

  • Conduct detailed data analyses to inform strategic decisions.

  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven course corrections.

  • Facilitate cross-functional monthly operational reviews.

  • Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management and collaborating partners.

  • Act as a positive change agent, enabling successful adoption of new concepts and standard methodologies.

  • Ensure clear communication of strategy, vision, and site governance.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Proven experience in project management within a life sciences environment.

  • Strong leadership and ability to plan effectively.

  • Outstanding ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to mentor and train team members effectively.

  • Strong understanding of developing and monitoring critical metrics.

  • Familiarity with PMO standards and processes.

The full-time base annual salary for this position is $175,500-$204,750. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
