Job Description:








Talent Management: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to identify, attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees. This includes leading key processes, designing and deploying talent programs to include on-boarding & orientation; performance management; employee experience; talent review and development; management / leadership development programs


Learning and Development: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of onboarding, and learning / development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Build or buy key content areas to enhance our Nortech Academy learning environment.


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Champion DE&I initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of the talent management strategy and company culture.


Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent management strategies with business goals and objectives.


Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven decisions.


People Operations General Leadership: Provide leadership and support for site locations as assigned, keeping closely informed on how People Operations can best support the business leaders to drive high performance. Deliver practical application of key processes including leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, and compliance for the assigned site location.
