Hoffmaster Group Inc is looking an intern to support our Human Resources Team for Summer 2025. This is an onsite paid internship based in Oshkosh.
As a member of Hoffmaster's Corporate Human Resources team, this position develops and delivers internal corporate communications that engage Hoffmaster's workforce and drives business results.
Essential Job Duties
Administers communication strategies designed to disseminate corporate information or messaging to employees of the organization or their families / dependents.
Drafts, reviews, and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image. Ensures communications deliver a "One Hoffmaster" brand experience.
Develops message content and select channel / manner of communication that reflects the information being communicated and the audience being targeted.
Develop a library of content and yearly content calendar.
Measures the success of specific communications and tailors future communications to improve effectiveness or increase reach.
May assist in the evaluation and implementation of communications-related tools or infrastructures.

Full time employment- Internships and projects are designed to last 10 weeks over the summer. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm and pay starts at $20 / hour.
