Marketing Manager

Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for creating demand and driving business growth? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in generating leads, driving engagement, and increasing enrollment for our Open Enrollment business division. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll lead demand generation initiatives, manage integrated campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies and internal resources to develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing.


  • Work with marketing automation experts to design and optimize lead nurturing strategies that guide prospects through the sales funnel.


  • Manage paid media campaigns in conjunction with agencies and vendors, focusing on audience segmentation, creative optimization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.


  • Create and analyze KPI dashboards to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign performance.


  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing campaigns and lead handoffs, improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.


  • Support SEO and content marketing efforts by optimizing website performance, keyword strategies, and inbound lead-generation tactics.


  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance continuously, identifying opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:



  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics.


  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.


  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and other stakeholders to align marketing activities with revenue goals.


  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEM, PPC, and proficiency with paid social advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
