What you will enjoy doing*


  • The schedule for this role is 30 hrs/wk

  • In this role you will support operations of the Linde Integrity Line- with a focus on LatAm regions.
    Communication with confidential complainants for clarification of unspecific reports details.

  • Evaluate of local case reports for facilitation of the investigation review process with the Corporate Security and Compliance Investigations Teams as well as the Sr. Director, Compliance Investigation

  • Quality assurance of investigation reports in terms of accuracy, completeness, plausibility, anonymized writing, format, distribution list, etc. and request of necessary revisions

  • Utilize language skills, assist Compliance Investigations with LatAm investigations including reviewing documentary evidence, interpretation and translation during investigative interviews, reviewing/ translating local investigation reports with support from online translation tools

  • Complete data analysis and research project assignments, utilizing advanced Excel, analytical, and mathematical skills in a timely manner with minimal instruction and supervision

  • Handle highly sensitive/confidential information on a regular basis

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports/data analysis

  • Assist in maintenance of Airtime and Sharepoint sites for Compliance Investigations / Corporate Security department

  • Respond to and administer all Compliance Investigations department related issues, act as first line of technical support and general office support (requests for information / procedures / policies / contacts / document location, etc.)

  • Perform all general office and administrative duties such as expense report processing of Compliance Investigation department personnel

  • You must possess a degree or significant experience in security and investigations area plus a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a large multi-national company

  • Experience in the fields of Compliance, Data Protection or Whistleblowing

  • Spanish language fluency

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organisation

  • High reliability and discretion due to sensitive personal data and data protection regulations and diligent working style

  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Maintenance and development of database application
