About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!

This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Responsible for sourcing new cash management and business deposit relationships, client service excellence, client retention and payments and operational cash flow consultation.
  • Responsible for growing the Bank's core deposits through partner referrals and self-sourced efforts, and accountable for understanding client and prospect business environments, strategies and industries to best determine the financial needs and appropriate cash management solutions.
  • Devise and execute a plan to exceed individual sales goals. Actively manage a pipeline of cash management clientele.
  • Manage all elements of the sales cycle including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, close of sale, and periodic follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with banking relationship.
  • Partner with Bank sales and operations teams on business deposits and cash management sales proposals and pricing proformas, with a focus on those with extensive, complex cash management requirements.
  • Develop independent channels to prospect for new cash management clients.
  • Prepare applications and implementation documentation, in accordance with all regulatory and Bank processes, review documents for completeness, accuracy.
  • Schedule and run client meetings, proposal presentations, product demonstrations, and relationship reviews.
  • Design customer-centric cash management solutions and provide consultative expertise on industry topics and the Bank's suite of cash management products.
  • Assist in training bank partners in cash management products, services, and sales strategy.
  • Analyze bank statements to ensure clients are getting the full advantages of their cash management suite of products and to negotiate products and pricing.
  • Serve as internal Bank subject matter expert for cash management products.
  • Assist with Bank business development initiatives and serve as an ambassador of the IncredibleBank brand.

This is a regular full-time salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday.

This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location in Cape Coral, FL.

Intermittent travel may be requested at other bank locations and/or travel to client as appropriate.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Treasury/Cash Management, Bank Retail or Business Banking services including implementation, in-depth product knowledge, specialty software knowledge, and experience in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management and/or business development experience.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, such as performing bank fee analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficient experience in using Customer Relationship Management software, including documentation of customer contact, service request workflow management, and pipeline management.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Treasury (CTP) preferred.
