We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pricing Manager to lead the development, analysis, and submission of cost and pricing volumes for government contracts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost estimating, pricing strategies, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FAR/DFARS) while working collaboratively to ensure competitive and accurate pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of cost and pricing volumes for government and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with solicitation requirements.

• Develop pricing strategies and solutions tailored to specific contract requirements and competitive landscapes.

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify cost and pricing requirements and ensure adherence to all federal regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS).

• Create detailed cost models, including labor, materials, overhead, and profit analysis, for fixed-price, cost-plus, T&M, and other contract types.

• Collaborate with technical, business development, and contracts teams to align cost volumes with technical and management proposals.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive pricing strategies.

• Prepare and present cost narratives and justifications to internal stakeholders and external customers.

• Monitor and track proposal budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost targets.

• Maintain pricing tools, templates, and databases to streamline the proposal development process.

• Stay updated on government procurement trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in cost and pricing management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, cost estimating, or financial analysis, preferably in the government contracting industry.

• Understanding of government procurement regulations, such as FAR and DFARS.

• Proven ability to develop and manage complex cost proposals for various contract types (e.g., FFP, CPFF, T&M).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced proposal environment.

• Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or similar certification is a plus.
  

Work Environment:

• Hybrid or remote work options available, but preferably candidates can attend in-person meetings and collaborative office work as needed.
