Rivet has multiple opportunities on our growing Marine Corps Systems Command professional support services team spanning program and acquisition management, logistics, finance, contracts, engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
Duties:
Under the direction of the Senior Admin Support Specialist Task Lead, the Records Manager provides records management support, which includes, but is not limited to, collecting, organizing, filing, and retrieving documentation such as reports, correspondence, messages, meeting minutes, memos and other documentation filed in accordance with SECNAV Manual-5201.2 Records Management Program and local directives and procedures. Review files to purge obsolete documents in accordance with DON and local directives. Prepare destruction certificates and deliver documents to the authorized destruction Contractor as directed by the Government.
Compensation Minimum: $39,000.00
Compensation Maximum: $49,400.00

Experience:
Four years of Professional Administrative Support.
Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to initiate plans, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook).
Education or Certification:
High School Diploma
Security:
Requires the applicant to pass the security clearance requirement for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
