Responsibilities:
Compare defects against standards and provide recommendations for disposition.
Review and disposition QA documentation, including IDRs and DNs, while verifying corrective action implementation.
Participate in and assist with performing process and system audits.
Gather inputs from stakeholders, summarize key information, and provide feedback to support decision-making
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree.
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Certifications: J-STD-001, J-STD-002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA standards certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in electrical or mechanical technology, ESD control, workmanship standards, and drawing interpretation.
Experience conducting process audits and providing recommendations.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of J-STD, IPC, and MIL-STD certifications and standards.
