Threat Tec, a leader in operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking an experienced Sensitive Activities Planner to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This critical role involves planning and synchronizing sensitive activities in alignment with command strategies, providing essential support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sensitive activities in alignment with command strategy.
Conduct strategic and regional studies and assessments to support the analysis and synchronization of command strategy.
Maintain robust knowledge of strategy and sensitive activities, preferably SOF-related.
Develop and present written and verbal products for general/flag-level command staff.
Utilize web-based programs, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) for task execution and reporting.
Coordinate sensitive activities with DoD Combatant Command, Joint Staff, and 4-star command entities.
Provide strong analytical support and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Support the development and tracking of strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.
Minimum of 5 years' strategy and sensitive activities experience, preferably SOF-related, within a DoD Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or 4-star command within the past 10 years.
Minimum of 5 years' experience conducting strategic/regional studies and assessments to analyze and synchronize command strategy.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a sensitive activities planner.
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in web-based programs, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Special Operations Forces (SOF) operations and planning methodologies.
Proven ability to manage and synchronize complex activities across multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
