The Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University, Bristol RI, invites applications for position as Visiting Assistant Professor of accounting beginning Fall 2025. Responsibilities include teaching financial, managerial and cost accounting as well as related courses. A secondary interest in Accounting Analytics or Accounting Information Systems would be welcome. The individual hired will be expected to provide excellence in teaching, advise students, and maintain a high level of professional activity through quality research and service. This position may become eligible for tenure track status for the right candidate.

Candidates should have an established record or demonstrated strong potential for high quality, innovative teaching and research, including publishing in appropriate, quality peer-reviewed journals. Minimum requirements include a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in accounting from an AACSB accredited institution. Licensure as a Certified Public Accountant is preferred. Candidates who are ABD will also be considered.
