We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in San Diego, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with applicants and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner
Assists with job postings and advertisement process that may include online sources such as LinkedIn
Work with HR and hiring managers to create and maintain job descriptions
Identify candidates' profiles using various sourcing methods
Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviewing process and gather necessary information for hiring managers
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills experience, and aptitudes
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the process
Provide management with status reports, open positions and metrics
Examine and improve upon our existing hiring processes by identifying areas of opportunity, bottlenecks, and strengths we need to capitalize on
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
3-5 years of recruiting experience-Required
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a timely manner
Strong technical acumen with ability to efficiently use multiple tools and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Paylocity is a plus
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Must have strong MS Office Skills
Must be able to pass background check
PREFERRED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
