POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for technical Program Manager/Content Operation Manager for a fully remote role and a long term contract with one of our reputed clients in United States.



Responsibilities

  • Planning online service growth strategies for Mexican market
  • Execute the growth plans for the Mexican market
  • Validate the quality of services/contents for Mexican market
  • Daily monitoring of services/app performance and analysis
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 3-year experience with Web apps or mobile apps in Mexican market (or insights to grow and operate them in the market)
  • Knowledge/insights about Web apps./Mobile apps usage and trends in Mexico
  • Business level English/Chinese communication skill(can use either English or Chinese for daily communication within team, either one is OK, both is a plus)
  • Ability to read and analyze the KPIs for Web apps/mobile apps and to propose the actions to the team (using Excel or other data analysis tools)
  • Has content related experience (content creation, content operation, etc)
  • Has experience in self-media, big websites, local media resource operation, or has worked in big company like TT
  • Has content related experience (partner acquisition, content ecosystem, publisher business, UGC/PUGC platforms
  • Experience of product design and development.
  • Knowledge/insights about Web apps./Mobile apps usage and trends in Mexic
  • Language requirement: Native speaker Spanish+English.
  • Ability to read and analyze the KPIs for Web apps/mobile apps and to propose the actions to the team (using Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Has experience in content creation, publisher websites, local media or has worked in big SNS company like TT, X, Meta, WhatsApp, et
  • Be able to find local opportunities DAU growth.

We are looking for expereince with below:

  1. Content creation and operation on platform/official account
  2. Know how content platform works and monetizes
  3. Product sense and responsible for DAU growth
  4. Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs for web/mobile app

  • A competitive pay range of $55-$60/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Location: United State- Remote
