Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm ET
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in various machine assembly tasks.
Participate in the development and design of the manufacturing processes and workplace layout.
Participate in the dismantling, palletizing, shipping, and installation of machines.
Provide technical and operational training to production personnel.
Assist with the writing of test procedures, training manuals, machine operating manuals, and maintenance manuals.
Participate in machine validations.
Basic machine hand tools and power tools including; portable rotary tools, bench grinder, chop saw, table saw, horizontal & vertical band saws, stationary & magnetic drill presses, hacksaw, hand taps & threading dies, reaming, arbor & hydraulic presses, sheet metal brake
Offer creative, functional solutions to complex machine problems
Perform preventative maintenance activities
Education and Experience:
High school degree
At least 3 years experience in equipment maintenance and repair
