Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Monitor resident health and document changes in condition.

• Uphold all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Current and valid RN license in good standing.
