• Prepare and cook a variety of appetizing and nutritious meals for residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.


• Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality in meal preparation.


• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and handling of food items.


• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.


• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and accommodate special dietary needs.


• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.


• Assist with special events and catering functions as required.

• Prior experience as a cook in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred but not required.


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.


• Strong culinary skills and creativity in meal preparation.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
