The Opportunity

• Reconciles annual and quarterly retirement plan contributions to several 401(k) and DB plans under several client physician groups.
• Maintains the 401(k) & DB spreadsheets used for tax preparation. Performs on-going audit for physician 401(k) & DB.
• Process DB distributions and maintain the on-going spreadsheets for new enrollees and termed partners.
• Audits and analyzes the match and profit-sharing files for the annual contribution for all groups.
• Reconciles and troubleshoots issues with contributions to the Medical Flex Spending Account, Dependent Care, and Health Savings Accounts.
• Process all Life and Disability claims and audit all LOA's associated with claims.
• Monthly auditing of the H.S.A. & Flex Spending Plans between Discovery Benefits, BSwift, and ADP.
• Relationship manager for H.S.A. Bank, Discovery Benefits, and The Hartford ensuring the establishment of new accounts and providing maintenance of existing accounts.
• Serve as lead to troubleshoot all system integration issues and discrepancies with Bswift & Charles Schwab.
• Work cross functionally with Payroll, People Ops, & HRIS to maintain and resolve system integration issues.
• Provide responses to any questions by phone or through VERA within 24 hours. Possess and maintain a basic working knowledge of Payroll, People Ops, Finance, and other departments within Vituity in order to answer the many questions we receive via the phone and Vera.
• Assist Director on Bswift and Charles Schwab projects.
• Work with Payroll to prepare data for Open Enrollment and the Total Rewards Statements.
• Assist with pre and post payroll duties and perform reconciliations as needed.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources or related field of study required.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in Benefits Administration, Payroll or Human Resources required.
• 3-5 years' experience using Microsoft Excel required.
• 4+ years' experience in Benefits Administration preferred.
• Prior experience with data analysis preferred.
• Understanding of ACA, HIPPA, ERISA & all other benefit plan regulations preferred.
• Client management experience preferred.
• Problem solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Detail oriented and diligent.
• Familiar with HRIS systems and extracting/compiling data (preferred Oracle HCM, ADP, Bswift).
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage effective client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of principles, standards, and accepted practices related to benefit plans.
• Proficient in intermediate math principals.
• Intermediate MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively in verbal and written communications.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $29.19 - $36.49, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
