Your Responsibilities
Participates in day-to-day operations of Federal Reserve public website(s) and related third-party websites, including building out HTML content, CSS enhancements, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and guidelines.
Coordinates across marketing and business areas to solicit, edit, and produce online content; maintains subject matter expertise necessary to facilitate this process.
Manages special projects including assigning and providing work direction to teams of Fed staff and/or external consultants.
Provides editorial guidance for online content generated by the Fed as well as a diverse group of department initiatives, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and guidelines.
Partners with technical and non-technical staff to provide training and support for users of relevant content management system, applications, and content processes.
Works closely with supervisor to develop and implement web strategy, content management improvements, and other web projects to meet the needs and expectations of internal and external audiences and forward the department`s communication strategies and goals.
Actively contributes to department compliance with Federal Reserve Financial Services, Bank, District and System processes including those managed by Information Security and Audit
Maintains a high level of expertise with current and emerging web technology, practices, and procedures.
Participates in System web projects, work groups, and attends System meetings and conferences.
Your Background
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years professional experience
Experience in information architecture, web design, content management systems, usability testing, and authoring and publishing web content
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web-oriented technologies
Familiarity with web content management systems
Familiarity with analytical tools
Familiar with web accessibility standards
Familiarity with style guides
Ability to work on multiple, deadline-driven projects in a collaborative environment
Excellent writing, communication and customer service skills

Additional Requirements:
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in office.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Candidates that live near one of our Reserve Bank locations will be provided some work from home flexibility. Rules for hybrid work arrangements differs from Bank to Bank and should be discussed during the interview process.
This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take approximately two months to be completed. The screening covers areas such as education/employment verification, criminal history, credit history, and reaches out to your references and people that know you well.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $95,200 and $140,000 annually in addition to annual performance-based discretionary bonuses. Final salary and offer are determined by the applicant’s relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic and other market data.
