Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in an Administration Sales Support role! You will assist with various departmental functions, including sales order entry, contracts, and customer service. Successful candidates will have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.  



Job Responsibilities:



  • Enter, maintain, and bill commercial sales and purchase orders.

  • Collaborate with salesman and operations for timeliness and accuracy of sales orders entered.

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.

  • Follow-up on all projects, keeping track of relevant details and moving on action points.

  • Prepare for and participate in meetings including department backlog, COD, and sales.

  • Contract processing: including tracking of contracts, pay applications, sub-contractor process, lien waivers, warranties, O&Ms,  and revenue recognition.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with internal and external customers.

  • Cross-train with other departments to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Provide Daily phone back up and entering customer service orders accurately.

  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.





      Job Requirements:



      • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

      • 1-2 years working within an ERP software system.

      • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.

      • Strong attention to detail.

      • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.



      Preferred Qualifications:



      • Two or more years of sales order entry, billing, and customer service experience.

      • Possess excellent assessment and problem-solving skills.

      • Ability to be the primary point of contact for all related sales order and billing activities.

      • Compile and prepare bid packages and proposals.
