Job Description:

To provide advanced technical support within Advanced Product Development, Rolling Product Engineering, Sectional Product Engineering, and Product Applications Engineering that include:


  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Civil-Structural Engineering; or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years manufacturing environment production support
  • 1+ years of experience with ERP systems (VB, MXP, JDE, Oracle)

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Civil-Structural Engineering; or equivalent

  • 1+ years manufacturing environment production support
  • 1+ years of experience with ERP systems (VB, MXP, JDE, Oracle)

  • Product Subject Matter Expert (new/current/legacy for doors and/or docks)
  • Product Change Control Guidance (new/current/legacy for doors and/or docks)
  • Technical Drawing Guidance (3D models/2D drawings/BIM creation and/or changes)
  • Technical Documentation Guidance (specifications, certifications, procedures, test plans/reports)
  • Configuration Technical Guidance (dialogs/OBM/programming/validation creation and/or changes)
  • ERP Technical Guidance (item master data/BOM structures/routings creation and/or changes)
  • Manufacturing Production Liaison (process engineering/tooling/DFMA)

Specifics include, and are not limited to, technical support relative to product configuration, design changes, part/drawing designations, technical documentation, translation of rule development, configuration introduction/adjustments, ERP product structures/data, production requirements.

The preferred candidate will possess the following skill sets:


  • Rolling/Sectional door product knowledge; design and/or product structuring/configuration
  • ERP experience with VB/MXP/JDE/Oracle; as applicable
  • MSExcel/MSWord/MSPowerPoint/MSProject/MSOutlook experience
  • Excellent organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
