About the Role
Are you a skilled and inventive professional ready to support our mission to become the fastest-growing consumer goods company in America? Essity Consumer Goods Americas is looking for a dynamic National Key Account Manager to lead our ecommerce sales team to develop and grow the channel. You will be responsible for leading the ecommerce strategy, commercial execution, and managing the team of account managers responsible for our ecommerce retailers.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Philadelphia metro area with a hybrid in-office schedule. We also welcome candidates from outside the Philadelphia metro, with the expectation of regular travel to the office.

What You Will Do
Lead the implementation of a growth minded ecommerce strategy responsible for driving success across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com and all other ecommerce retailers
Develop and implement strategy to minimize COT conflicts and ensure we are growing sustainable on ecommerce
Be the Sales lead for Ecommerce driving assortment and innovation recommendations internally to drive growth vs competition
Lead and align annual contract negotiations with national headquarters/buying groups, including terms, product offers, and pricing strategies.
Manage customer P&L and trade investments, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor forecasts, budgets, and account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market and customer data to identify and manage business risks and opportunities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Marketing, Field Sales Force, Demand Planning, and more to maximize profitable business and implement new opportunities.
Drive and contribute to best practice sharing, networks, and projects.
Who You Are
Hold a university degree in business administration.
Possess a strong commercial background within FMCG, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Have worked in ecommerce channel calling on customers for 3 years
Have worked with Amazon via a 1P relationship
Have robust sales experience, including selling, negotiating, and leveraging insights to deliver tailored customer plans, achieving company and customer objectives, and advancing category leadership.
Demonstrate significant customer experience, preferably with key/strategic customers, and a proven ability to deliver successful solutions covering product, placement, promotion, and pricing, with an excellent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret trends and data to set plans and directions.
Have people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and engage associates.
Capable of defining priorities for the organization.
Fluent in English.
