Job Summary: As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise and manufacturing experience to support the sales process, develop customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales engineering, with a focus on manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and convey complex technical information.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
