Details ~
Engineered Standards - development and responsibility.
Process Improvement - Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Workplace Design - Designing physical layout of a workplace, including arrangement of equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Supply Chain Management - Optimize the flow of materials, information and resources.
Inventory Management - Managing the flow of goods in a production system, including ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping.
Statistical Analysis & Quality Control - Ensure products and services meet specified quality standards.
Time and Motion Studies - Analyzing and improving the efficiency of worker movements and processes.
Project Management - Planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and desired standard of work.
Requirements ~
BS Degree in a technical field
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)
5+ years or more experience working as an Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing environment
Food Manufacturing experience
Demonstrated experience supporting a manufacturing supply chain that involves various manufacturing steps or processes. Ideal candidate should have experience leading industrial engineering projects and studies across those functions.
Certifications - Green Belt - six-sigma or higher
