Your compensation:  

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $90,400 - $113,00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $90,400 - $135,600.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities: 


  • Direct daily workflow and staff for the Indirect Lending Team. Serve as a resource for staff and members, handling escalated member issues and complex questions.

  • Process, underwrite, and fund various loans, make credit decisions, maintain positive dealer relationships, and contribute to policy and procedure creation and updates for the Indirect Lending Department.

Requirements:


  • Three years’ experience in a financial institution with experience in Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) required.

  • Three years’ management experience required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

In addition:


  • Must be bondable.

  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our hours:

A in-person schedule Monday – Friday. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.
