Job Title: Fleet Operations Administrator

Job Summary:

A Fleet Operations Administrator will assist the shop and Area Manager in various administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Issuing purchase orders.
  • Reconciling purchase orders.
  • Processing and coding invoices.
  • Filing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Data entry such as repair orders and daily fuel reports.
  • Invoice management.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Employer will not sponsor visas for position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Previous data entry experience in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment preferred
