Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions. These could include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing office activities, preparing disbursements, managing schedules, and participating in the management of departmental budgets.
The incumbent will be responsible for answering student emails, helping students to complete their admissions application as well as other various tasks assigned by the Director. Additional duties include pre-requisite and data entry. This incumbent must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task. In addition, this incumbent must be self-motivated, a quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
