This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, NTB, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Conduct keyword analysis using tools like Helium10 to ensure comprehensive product coverage and online success, while researching and understanding KENT's categories in both pure play and omnichannel markets.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to create retail media strategies aligned with global best practices and local insights.
Partner with external agencies to execute media campaigns, optimizing performance and budgets.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related area of study)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to bring enthusiasm to teamwork.
Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly skilled at manipulating data in Excel.
1-3 years of proven experience in Ecommerce marketing or digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including platform marketing (Amazon, Chewy), paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, TikTok).
Proficiency with Helium10 and Google Keyword Planner, skilled at analyzing keyword trends that drive sales and profitability.
