Starting Pay $19.30/ hr


SUMMARY


Operators are responsible for monitoring and controlling the equipment used to process raw SBE material into a sellable SBE Meal.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Control material process by monitoring the equipment. This is done via visual inspections and monitoring the electronic controls.


Make adjustment as needed to ensure high quality product is being produced.


Ensure material is processed with the least amount of waste.


Adjust and fine tune all equipment inside and outside of the building process area.


Generate reports from the data gathered.

The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.

Hours Sunday - Wednesday 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.


Sunday is a scheduled plant shut down primarily for Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Training.


Shifts are subject to periodic rotation every 8 weeks.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
