Job Description:

Provide printing, scanning, copying and binding services of time sensitive and confidential documents at the client location. Seeking a candidate to work 12:00p.m to 9:00.pm. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities


  • Process work as requested through the digital job submission system, received via email or in-person

  • Print, scan, copy and bind projects as requested

  • Restock supplies and paper as needed in copy machines

  • Comply with confidentiality policy and maintain documents in a secure area

  • Assist with basic maintenance of office hardware as needed and notify appropriate personnel regarding any advanced maintenance that needs to be scheduled

  • Quality check all work and escalate issues to Manager

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Great customer service skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer skills and experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outllook

  • Walking, bending, kneeling, standing and sitting for extended period of time

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

The Compensation range for this role is 16.75 to 21.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
