The ideal candidate for this position is experienced at graphic design, database management, email communication and will be highly organized with excellent attention to details. They must also be flexible and able to work well in a team environment pitching in where help is needed. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced, dynamic office situation. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind. In addition, the Digital Marketing Coordinator must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful, and enthusiastic about their work.
Responsibilities:
Development, in a team environment, our internal and external communications activities, including sales & marketing collateral, support web content management, social media support, e-communications, presentations, and sales proposals
Digital Marketing: Support the strategy, development, execution and optimization of digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile, SEM and SEO, Backlinking, etc.
Website: Regularly monitor, proofread, and update multiple websites to make sure all current and correct content is posted. Work with SEO and product teams to provide correct and updated content for website pages. Report and analyze SEO efforts to improve the overall marketing strategy
Social Media: Obtain content and consent for social media efforts and prepare content for multiple media platforms. Regularly monitor social media platforms and provide strategies on how to improve social media efforts. Distribute posts, answer questions, and provide reports on all social media platforms
Database: Organize and keep up-to-date multiple database platforms with the latest literature, advertisements, press releases, etc. Maintain a clean and organized Act-On database of contacts and email campaigns
HubSpot: Develop and organize multiple customer databases, generate and distribute reports, assist outside partners with HubSpot usage, and distribute company branded emails
Work closely with print suppliers and advertising reps to ensure correct & timely production
Conduct market research and staying knowledgeable about industry trends
Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and optimization of current campaigns to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals
Engage with editors of industry publications and respond promptly to their requests
Reputation Management: Oversee online reputation management practices and develop new strategies to continually improve the process
Other marketing tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent plus 2 years similar experience
High level of customer service thinking
Strong verbal communication, spelling and writing skills
The ability to handle several projects at once under deadline pressure is also essential
An ability to understand, research, write and deliver summaries on a range of business issues
Experience with Apple Mac systems and software is essential
Experience working with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Pluses:
Familiar with Navien's plumbing and HVAC industry
Previous experience with photography and videography
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software a must (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

Pay Scale: $24.50-26.50 per hour DOE + eligible for an annual bonus
