Job Overview:
Support all levels of production by providing molds and/or raw materials to workstations and be competent at oven operation and secondary duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
Following all safety requirements, including, but not limited to, required PPE.
Must operate a forklift in a safe manner
Maintains a clean and organized work environment
Handles Customer products with care to avoid damages.
Inspects product for conformance to quality standards, including incoming and outgoing molds
Review production priorities.
Responsible for retrieving, maintaining, and storing of customer molds and updating mold/fixture log.
Ensures/delivers all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
Retrieves product from machines for trimming or assemble and moves to designated areas when complete.
• Stages product properly after molding and move to required staging locations.
• Ensures product is identified throughout each operation.
• Use bailer to clear cardboard each night.
• Empties all garbage each night.
• Maintains equipment required for molding machines, delivers other items as needed to molding machines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to read and write proficiently in English
Ability to use hand and power tools
Forklift certification
Education and Experience
• 1 -2 years' experience in manufacturing
• Experience in forklift operation a plus
Working Conditions
Able to work in hot humid environment for extended periods of time.
This job is in a typical manufacturing environment, to include:
Ovens, torches, and rotating tools
Forklifts and other moving machinery

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking throughout the shift. Frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance and must be able to transport these up to 20 feet.
• Frequently positions self to maneuver around the parts when finishing. Must be able to operate the hand and air tools frequently
