Job Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Job Summary
Supports the Space Operations Command (SpOC). This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.
Employee must be able to initiate, monitor, manage, coordinate and track all TMT taskers on both unclassified and classified networks to completion for the S2 division. The employee shall setup video teleconference bridges, review administrative correspondence for compliance with organization's formatting and submission standards. The employee shall manage office supplies to include accounting and resupply tasks.
Compensation Minimum: 70,000
Compensation Maximum: 85,000
Job Requirements:
Skills / Experience Required
• Highly desirable: Previous experience in performing Administrative Assistant and Task Management Tool (TMT) monitor duties on a senior military/senior government civilian staff, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges which come with working in a military front office environment
• Preferred: Previous involvement in classified access programs, showcasing a track record of navigating sensitive and confidential environments with discretion and integrity
• Flourishes as a self-initiator, thriving in roles where autonomy and independent decision-making are paramount, while consistently delivering outstanding results with minimal oversight
• Exhibits a proactive mindset and a natural inclination towards taking preemptive actions to address issues before they escalate, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively, fostering seamless collaboration and understanding across diverse teams and stakeholders
Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) - relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
