The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Responsibility:
Promptly log all incoming titles to initiate proper workflow
Effectively manage all workflow in title administrator workbaskets within the UVIMS system (relocation basket/title request/title problems baskets) per departmental goals
Review titles for accuracy and salability
Identify and document title issues in UVIMS and initiate effective and prompt resolution with appropriate person and/or vendor
Prepare titles and ownership documents in connection with vehicles sales and/or state applications
Use and comprehensively update Holman systems including date fields and notes to ensure title status accuracy and timelines for title problem resolutions.
Serve as the primary person who resolves post-sale title adjustment requests - customer service
Ensure the receipt of a salable vehicle title by executing end to end title duplicate and correction processes for past, present and future vehicle and equipment sales
Become the primary point of contact for remarketing title related issues within your region by establish and maintain direct relationships through regular email and phone communication with DMVs, vendors, internal and external customers, buyers, sellers, auction title clerks
Review and maintain client and remarketing channel Powers of Attorney
Collaborates with departmental leadership and peers to ensure individual expectations are met and to support departmental goals
Positively contributes to departmental morale
Education and/or Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Relevant Work Experience:
0-2 years' experience in administrative services, title work or related fields
Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager

Mail all market sale titles within 5 days of title received
Mail all direct sale titles within 3 days of unit sold
Log all titles within 1 day of vault delivery
Identify and document title problems within 1-2 days from vault delivery

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.30 - $27.40 USD per hour.
