RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Bethesda, MD that is seeking a Financial Operations Manager.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our financial metrics, cost analysis, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement


• Conduct thorough cost analysis to support strategic decision-making


• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met


• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience with financial metrics, and operational cost analysis


• Proven experience in financial analysis and operations management


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Proficiency in financial software and tools


• Management experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
