Summary:


Martin Marietta is seeking a Senior SAN Administrator. The ideal candidate has 5+ yearsof NetAppSAN administrationexperience.The candidate is an ONTAP subject matter expert.This individual will manage multiple storage arrays, address data tiering, and help a growing team support enterprise data infrastructure.


This role reports to the Manager of Systems Administration at the Company'sheadquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.


Responsibilities:

• Install and setup modern clusters with ONTAP 9.x


• Setup and maintain monitoring and alerting vis-\u00E0-vis storage


• Manages Volumes and LUNs


• Performs Snapshot planning


• Routinely performs storage provisioning and Vserver setup

• Array performance analysis and troubleshooting (block, NAS, object)


• Handles network and LIF design and management


• Plans host ALUA configuration


• NAS, Snapshot and quota management

Requirements:

• 5+ years ofexperience with NetApp FAS, AFF, and Storage Grid arrays


• Has broad experience provisioning and maintaining NetApp block, file and object storage


• Broad experience addressing storage hardware and software issues


• Experience with long-term care of enterprise storage environments


• Working knowledge of SnapLock, FPolicy, NetApp Active IQ and other data tools


• Has working knowledge of SAN and converged switching (FC & FCoE)


• Describe security concepts, strategies and predefined configurations


• FlexPod experience is a plus


• Understands ONTAP licensing and compliance


• Admins SSL certificate management as it relates to FabricPool and ONTAP
