WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Corporate Campaigns Director will provide oversight of key initiatives to grow and diversify NKF’s revenue through nationally driven corporate strategies, utilizing our field teams for grassroots integration and implementation - including corporate giving, digital engagement strategies, logistics strategies, multi-channel fundraising, and stewardship.

Specifically, the Corporate Campaigns Director will support the strategy development and implementation of the NKF Golf Classic program, including leading all fundraising and event management of the National Finals event, and additional corporate campaigns led by the Field Development team. In addition, this position will lead the development and execution of internal/external communications associated with all corporate campaigns in partnership with local and national leadership. This position will collaborate throughout NKF to effectively provide a customer service mindset that honors internal and external constituents who move the NKF mission forward. The Corporate Campaigns Director will be goaled on the overall Golf Classic program, as well as new business toward future corporate campaigns.

The Corporate Campaigns Director performs the following functions, including but not limited to:

  • In partnership and collaboration with field leadership, drive strategy for all aspects of the Golf Classic program and other corporate campaigns (including but not limited to Drive for Dialysis and retail campaigns). Strategy and Execution will include but not limited to: internal and external resource development, enhancement of participant experience, corporate cultivation, event management, process improvements, program marketing and account planning/management.
  • Provide a framework to maximize the integration of NKF’s mission into all corporate fundraising campaigns
  • Provide consultative support to field and national staff for the Golf Classic and other corporate campaigns.
  • Manage the Drive for Dialysis program including inventory oversight, resource development and local office support, while advancing strategies to adapt the program to a shifting landscape.
  • Manage all aspects of the Golf Classic National Finals event to include contract negotiations, site analysis, golfer registration, sponsorship deliverables, competition, on-site fundraising, event operations and participant experience.
  • Build and implement new corporate campaigns that will increase non-industry sponsorships (i.e. non-pharma) nationally and in our field offices. Campaigns may include but are not limited to retail, employee engagement and corporate wellness.
  • Conduct regular internal data analysis for discovery of corporate leads for campaign activation opportunities.
  • Conduct external market analysis to generate leads and assess market opportunities for field offices.
  • Provide additional service as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL POSSESS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of non-profit, fundraising experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Proficient in computer-based customer information systems with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with mastery of Excel.

WORKING CONDITIONS, EQUIPMENT USED AND SPECIAL INFORMATION

Must have unimpeachable integrity and trustworthiness and possess a high degree of tact, discretion, and professionalism. Verbal and written communication skills will be used daily. Maintains effectiveness under pressure. Uses a multiple line telephone, personal computer, fax machine, photocopier, and other standard office equipment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and own insured vehicle or daily access to a vehicle. Flexible for overnight business travel. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
