Job Description:

What will you do?
• Foster and maintain robust relationships across all levels of the organization, establishing a seamless collaboration between supply chain and business units.
• Partner closely with Offer Management to influence demand shaping, align supply chain with product enhancements, and define optimal lead-times.
• Direct the Demand Review process, aligning supply chain capabilities with growth projections for short-term and long-term planning.
• Analyze and animate the Master Production Plan, identifying resource needs and proposing strategies to ensure optimal execution.
• Drive capacity and capability changes based on Demand Review outcomes, collaborating with the Supply Chain Planning team for seamless coordination.
• Take charge of logistics transportation department costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance in service levels, lead times, and lot sizes.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, managing upstream and downstream flows effectively.
• Drive people management practices, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, process improvement and well-being.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Significant and substantial experience in a Supply Chain leadership role, demonstrating successful collaboration, strategic planning, and cross-functional management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in supply chain tools, systems, and methodologies.
• SAP experience required (S4 HANA preferred)
• Experience in applying lean principles, Six Sigma, and/or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate through ambiguity.
