Summary

Sitting within the Pharmacy Strategy & Economics team, this role is responsible for creating key insights and analysis that will help influence the pharmacy strategy. We are looking for an individual with a high level of intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen and advanced analytical abilities, as well as a strong desire for continued learning.

The scope of the role will span all relevant data analytics on all Pharmacy initiatives. This individual will perform analytics that result in strong recommendations and actionable items to help drive and influence more effective financial and business decisions for Pharmacy leaders.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Pharmacy leaders to design, launch and measure robust pilots to test new solutions

  • Manage large amounts of data, multiple data sources, and multiple data management systems - with high complexity and high level of ambiguity

  • Evaluate claims and profitability impact from the digital programmatic campaigns. Identify rooms for improvement in the targeting strategy as well as potential ROI upside

  • Evaluate claims and profitability impact from various mix optimization strategies

  • Deliver insights related to the weight loss drug category, including claims volume, refill pattern, patient's medicine cabinet value, and patient's lifetime value

  • Deliver insights on patients filing

  • Deliver insights on the benefit that Home Delivery channel has on adherence for Med D members and plans

  • Quantify the trends from the top cash pharmacies, and create actionable insights to mitigate the pharmacy churn to cash

Qualifications


  • 6+ years' experience in data analytics role(s)

  • Expertise in Python and its analytics libraries

  • SQL, Tableau and VBA skills preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs and to proactively add/drive value

  • Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge and resources to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects

  • Experience developing effective communication strategy and or communication tactics

  • Excellent analytic, written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation-ready documents

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency

  • Creative and customer-focused mindset

  • Resilient and adaptable team player

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,400 - 202,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
