Key Job Functions
Welcomes and greets every customer as they enter the outlet
Determine customer needs and appropriately suggest product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals
Follows Sonesta Service standards with every guest interaction
Prepares PJ's Coffee Cafe beverages according to standards in F&B SOP Manual
Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Itemizes and totals check for service or totals takeout transaction on cash register and accepts payment
Follows Hotel's cash handling procedures and cash register policies
Stocks and replenishes merchandise and rotates stock
Performs cleaning tasks as assigned in daily opening and/or closing duties to maintain cleanliness standards
Maximize revenue and contribute to store sales goals by reducing waste and improving profits
Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines
Reports potentially unsafe conditions
Build solid relationship with your Colleagues
