JOB TITLE: Network Real Estate Project Coordinator II
JOB DUTIES:
Assist the Real Estate Project Managers with tasks including:
Real Estate document processing/administration
Review vendor invoicing.
Create purchase orders.
Program Reporting - create/maintain/manipulate customized reporting/dashboards within company data base.
Monitor and maintain integrity of forecast dates for project completion.
Follow up with teams on deliverables.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
A degree or two or more years of work experience.
Proven ability to work well independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, etc.).
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
1-3 years experience in administration/project management.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform various functions within the application such as V-Lookup, and Pivot tables.
Experience in the wireless industry.
