Job Description:
As a Business Execution Consultant, you will:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
In-depth Loan IQ front-end experience coupled with operations domain knowledge, including booking bilateral, syndicated, and CRE loans.
Experience leading end-to-end integration testing and validation on Loan IQ. Experience transitioning from AFS to Loan IQ is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
