Description:
Job Title: SCADA Engineer
Work Location: Hybrid in Golden, CO
Duration: 12+ Month contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large queue of construction projects for the end of the year and 2025 (e.g., building new RTUs, creating new endpoints)
- Report to team lead and receive work assignments
- Team lead coordinates with PMs for all construction projects and assigns tasks on Mondays
- Example Project: Replace old RTU with new RTU
- Follow all guidelines using a provided template
- Complete a checklist
- Collaborate with build engineers and obtain their sign-off
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of overall experience
- Display building experience (substations, RTU, transformers, and breakers designed in the SCADA system)
- Proficiency with any display designing software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Experience with SCADA systems (Preferred: GE SCADA Product - dynamic energy management system (DEMs) XA/2)
- Clear and effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ICCP (real-time system for data exchange between systems)
- Knowledge of NERC-CIP standards
