What You'll Do:
Reports to: Director of Clinic Operations

Rationale: The Outpatient Therapist Clinical Supervisor supervises in-training providers for the purpose of meeting State Licensing Board requirements.

Job Duties:
Provide clinical supervision to in-training supervisees.
Availability should include ability to provide supervision both via telehealth and in-person. Clinical supervision may entail both individual and group supervision.
Stay up-to-date with current licensing requirements, board requirements, and WI Rules/statutes as applicable. Maintain thorough supervision notes per NALs standard. Attend quarterly supervisor trainings hosted by NAL. Maintain a full schedule of supervisees as assigned by NAL. Coordinate supervision times with supervisees. Complete all documentation as required by NAL which includes but is not limited to; Supervision Contract and Supervision Logs. Review and co-sign documentation in EHR which may include but is not limited to; Clinical Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Diagnostic Assessments, and letters. Complete all documentation as required by the board for licensure. Maintain a current license in good standing and board approval status. Maintain a caseload of clients; the ratio of which is determined by Operations and is subject to change.

Qualifications:
Mental Health Professional as per Wisconsin DHS 35.03 (10)
Licensed Psychologist (LP)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Board Approved Supervisor through one or more State Licensing boardsMasters or Doctorate degree from accredited college or university in behavior science/related field.Must pass DHS background study.Must be proficient in the use of computers.Must be proficient in the use of computers, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, the use of email.Preferred experience with electronic health records.
