Financial Marketing Program Specialist
Job Description
Overview
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand development for financial professionals and their small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services marketing, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns. This role will be reporting to the SVP, of Marketing & Communications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support the growth objectives of financial advisors, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, branding, and advertising.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and other promotional materials.
3. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
5. Act as a strategic partner to financial professionals, providing expert guidance on marketing best practices and helping them leverage marketing tools and resources to drive business growth.
6. Support the development of marketing plans and budgets and provide regular reporting on key performance metrics to senior management.
7. Providing high-touch service and guidance to each financial professional.
8. Assist in building out a new financial professional marketing program from the ground up.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, focusing on financial services.
3. Proven track record of creating and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns for financial professionals
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media, and analytics.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
